Palmer Eldritch
Today I feel like I might use some Chew-Z. I’d love to be teleported in a dimension where I can meet Palmer Eldritch and ask him about past and future and all things lost and those yet to be found. What would he tell me? He might say, “Try harder. Maybe not today, not tomorrow, but in 100 years or a in a thousand lives you might find what you are looking for. And it will be hard, because you cannot put into words that Transcendental Object (at the end of time?) you desperately want. How are you going to know you’ve found it if you don’t know how it looks like.”
Palmer you’re clever, man. When was it that you became so… so… so Palmer Eldritch? Was it in the Proxy Star System? Have you always been like that? It doesn’t matter, really. Knowing the exact circumstances is only going to steal processing power from our brains.
We should concentrate on the matter that matters. How to find THAT which we look for, how to recognize it. We’ve been given eyes and ears and hands and so we suppose we need to use them. Which is right. At the same time we probably need NOT to use them if we are to find the Object. Why is these eXistenZ always such a paradox? How am I supposed to feel what I can’t really feel. Why are we burdened with this damn duality?
What do you say Palmer?

State of the nation

Ci sono un sacco di stimoli, un sacco di idee. Cospirazioni a catena, tanto da far pensare che ce ne sia una per tutti i gusti. Berlusconiano? Eccoti la conspiracy comunista. Veltroniano? Eccoti la conspiracy berlusconiana. Ti piace l’occultismo? beccati la conspiracy degli illuminati. Occultismo dark? Magari i rettiliani fanno per te. Hippy? Ecco la conspiracy della war on drugs.
Come dei prodotti sugli scaffali di un supermercato, anche le idee sono preconfezionate e pronte da portare a casa. E’ come una conspiracy nella conspiracy. Certo pare anche inevitabile, nel senso che é il modo in cui le cose funzionano, costruiamo le nostre idee con i mattoncini costituiti da altre idee.
La parte difficile é capire se una conspiracy é vera oppure no. Dal mio punto di vista, sono tutte e vere e tutte false allo stesso tempo. A volte (poche) penso che siano state create ad arte per tenerci occupati, altre volte (tante) penso che davvero ci sia sotto qualcosa. Il problema é che quando si parla di conspiracy, le acque sono melmose e non poco.C Come capire cosa é vero e cosa no? cosa é informazione e cosa é disinformazione? L’unica é andare a intuito, dato che é altamente improbabile riuscire a capirci qualcosa con metodi logici.
Forse, tutti hanno una loro conspiracy, una loro agenda, ce lho io e ce l’hai tu e ce l’ha bush e ce l’ha obama of course. Probabilmente é cosí. Non so bene cosa voglio dire con sto articolo. Forse solo che insomma si ok le cospirazioni e ok si il nine eleven, e ok gli alieni grigi e rettiliani peró pure chissenefotte. E poi, pure dare un pó la colpa al caso e/o alle coincidenze/sincronicitá, cosí tanto per liberarsi dall’oppressione.
Voglio dire, alcune cose succedono per volere divino/caso. Per forza. Alle volte chi si perde nelle conspiracy perde di vista il potere del caso, penso. Spero.

Un Natale solare

Anche quest’anno, come l’anno scorso ma di piú, piú coscientemente, vivo il Natale come quello che, secondo me, é. Ovvero, non come la festa per la nascita di Jesus, ma piuttosto come la festa per la (ri)nascita del sole.
Avete idea di cosa parlo?
Parlo del fatto che se si sostituisce il Sole a Gesú, vari altri aspetti iniziano ad avere senso… per esempio, le dodici case dello zodiaco sarebbero i 12 apostoli, Gesú muore per tre giorni poi risorge, come il Sole dal 21 al 24 Dicembre ferma il suo tragitto e il 25 lo riprende, ricominciando a salire nel cielo. I tre re magi sarebbero tre stelle che compaino piú o meno in fila la sera del 24, e cosí via. La tesi mi ha convinto. Vi consiglio i link sotto comunque, perché la mia memoria non é sto granché.
Questo significherebbe che finalmente il Natale e anche la tradizione cristiana possono riacquistare un significato anche per chi, come me e tanti altri, é rimasto deluso e schifato dalla chiesa. Questo significa finalmente ricordarsi qual’era il culto che seguivamo millenni fa, e che poi é stato soppresso da una Chiesa senza scrupoli, che ha calpestato la tradizione, costruendo nuove strutture di potere, tradendo il popolo, terrorizzandolo, usurpando conoscenze e tradizioni che fanno parte della nostra identitá europea. Significa realizzare che le fondamenta del cristianesimo sono le stesse idee che la chiesa chiama eresie. Significa realizzare che il natale ha un senso. Il senso é rendere omaggio al buon padre Dio Sole, che anche quest’anno ci porti da mangiare e ci faccia stare al caldo.
Non voglio dire che Gesú non sia esistito. Magari é esistito, non posso saperlo. Peró anche se fosse, non ha nulla a che fare col Gesú crocifisso e risorto.

Un ispirato Terence McKenna parla (penso a metá anni 90) a una conferenza sugli UFO… cosa inusuale per lui. Beh, da sentire, e’ un’ora e mezza piena di idee geniali.
